Tikondwere runs six comprehensive programs to support vulnerable youth in their educational journey and personal development. Our holistic approach addresses multiple barriers to success and empowers students to reach their full potential.
School Fees Assistance
1,250+ students supported
Partial school-fee assistance for eligible students who are approved through our review process. Partial school-fee assistance may be provided up to MWK 500,000 per applicant. Partial assistance depends on eligibility, available resources, and Tikondwere’s review and approval process. Approval is not guaranteed, and support may be less than the maximum amount.

Nutrition Program

Hunger is a major barrier to learning. We provide daily nutritious meals to our students, ensuring they can focus on their studies.

We identify students through local schools and community partnerships, focusing on those facing the greatest barriers to education due to poverty, health, or family circumstances.

Yes! When you donate, you can choose which program(s) to support. Your donation will directly fund that specific area of our work.
How much does it cost to support a student?
Our comprehensive program costs approximately MWK 510,000–MWK 850,000 per student annually, covering school fees, nutrition, healthcare, mentorship, and skills training.
What happens to students who graduate?
We support transition to secondary school and provide vocational training or entrepreneurship guidance. Many graduates become mentors and role models themselves.
