3. Donation Terms

No Refunds

Donations are generally non-refundable. Once processed through Stripe, funds are committed to our programs.

Use of Funds

Donations are used according to our stated purposes. We provide detailed financial reporting showing how funds are allocated.

Recurring Donations

You may set up monthly donations. You can cancel at any time by emailing info@tikondwere.com.

Tax deductibility (U.S.)

Tikondwere is pursuing U.S. 501(c)(3) public charity recognition. Until the IRS approves that status, U.S. donations may not be tax-deductible. We will update this page when our status changes. No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations unless we state otherwise for a specific campaign.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten staff or other users
• Post illegal or offensive content
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the website
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Violate any applicable laws

5. Limitation of Liability

Tikondwere is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this site.
