Step 1 of 4

Student Identified

The first step in our process is identifying vulnerable students who need educational support. We work closely with schools, community leaders, and families to find students with the greatest potential and need.

Why It Matters

Careful identification ensures we reach students who truly need our support and have the motivation to succeed. We look beyond financial need to identify promising students who deserve a chance.

The Process

Community Partnerships

We establish relationships with schools, community leaders, and social services to understand who needs help most.

Student Assessment

We evaluate students' academic performance, family circumstances, and motivation to succeed. Grades matter, but so does character and determination.

Family Consultation

We meet with families to understand their situation, get their buy-in, and discuss expectations and opportunities.

Selection & Enrollment

Selected students are enrolled in our program with clear understanding of support provided and expectations for engagement.
